Precision Flow Control with L58E Paddle System
The patented L58E group with paddle gives you direct manual control over water flow during extraction. By rotating the paddle, you can gradually increase or reduce pressure on the coffee puck, allowing precise control over pre-infusion, blooming, and peak pressure. This makes Bianca ideal for experimenting with different coffee profiles and getting the best from every blend.
Compatible with all LELIT58 barista tools, the group also features a dedicated manometer to monitor coffee pressure in real time for maximum consistency.
Dual Boiler Stability for Coffee and Steam
Bianca uses two separate stainless steel boilers, one dedicated to coffee extraction and one for steam and hot water. This design ensures excellent temperature stability and allows you to brew espresso and steam milk at the same time without compromise.
The steam boiler can also be disabled when not needed, saving energy while maintaining full performance when required.
LCC Control System with OLED Display
The Lelit Control Center (LCC) manages all machine parameters through a high-resolution OLED graphic display. From brew and steam temperatures to pre-infusion times, stand-by settings, and dose counters, everything is clearly accessible and easy to adjust.
You can display temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit, track partial and total shots, and monitor the coffee delivery timer for consistent results shot after shot.
Premium Design with Professional Ergonomics
The polished stainless steel body is combined with walnut wood knobs, paddle, lever, and feet for a refined, professional look. The cup warmer rack, drip tray with wire grate, and mug-friendly no-burn steam and hot water wands make daily use comfortable and efficient.
The water tank can be positioned on three sides of the machine, giving you full flexibility for different kitchen layouts. Bianca also supports both water reservoir use and direct plumbing with direct drain.
