Pagaia Electronic Flow Control System
The MaraX3 introduces Lelit's innovative Pagaia flow control system, a new approach to espresso extraction that regulates pump power electronically rather than mechanically adjusting the brew path.
By turning the control lever clockwise, pump power gradually increases up to 100 percent, allowing more water to reach the brew group. Rotating the lever counterclockwise reduces pump power and water flow. As the flow changes during extraction, the machine's double manometer clearly displays the pressure variations, giving the barista immediate visual feedback to refine and perfect each espresso shot.
This system allows users to experiment with different pressure profiles and extraction styles while maintaining full control over the brewing process.
Heat Exchanger System with Stable Brewing Performance
The MaraX3 uses a heat exchanger boiler system with a total capacity of 1.8 liters, allowing you to brew espresso and steam milk efficiently. The internal water reservoir holds 2.5 liters and provides reliable water supply for daily home use.
