Pagaia Electronic Flow Control System
The Lelit MaraX3 PL62X3 introduces Lelit's innovative Pagaia flow control system, a modern technology that electronically regulates pump power rather than mechanically adjusting the brew path.
By turning the flow control lever clockwise, pump power gradually increases up to 100 percent, allowing greater water flow to reach the brew group. Turning the lever in the opposite direction reduces pump power and water flow. During extraction, the machine’s double manometer clearly displays pressure changes, giving the user immediate visual feedback to help refine each espresso shot.
This system enables home baristas to experiment with pressure profiling and extraction techniques while maintaining precise control throughout the brewing process.
Heat Exchanger System with Reliable Brewing Performance
