Returns for Non-Defective Items
Non-defective items may be returned within our extended 30-day window if they are unused, unopened, and in their original box. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns, and buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns for Defective Items
Items that arrive defective or non-functional qualify for a full refund or free replacement under statutory legal guarantees. No restocking fee applies, and MiniPCaffe.com covers all return shipping costs.
Non-Defective Return Guidelines
Condition of Returned Products
Items must be completely new, unused, and unopened in their original box to qualify for a non-defective return. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from the final refund amount.
Return Window
You have 30 days starting from the date of delivery of the last item on your order to initiate a return or exercise your right of withdrawal.
How to Withdraw & Return

The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of non-defective merchandise back to our designated return address.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or fails to function as advertised, you are entitled to a full remedy. No restocking fees or hidden charges will apply.
Return & Replacement Coverage
MiniPCaffe.com covers 100% of the return shipping costs for verified defective items. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or fully reimburse your standard carriage costs.
Warranty & Legal Guarantees
We provide a 1-year commercial manufacturer warranty on all products espresso machines, grinders, ice cream makers and mini PCs (excluding replacement spare parts). Separately, in accordance with EU cross-border consumer laws, all products remain protected by statutory legal guarantees against inherent manufacturing or conformity defects that exist at the time of delivery.
Refund Processing & Inspection
Please note that refunds are not issued upfront. In accordance with legal provisions, MiniPCaffe.com reserves the right to strictly withhold your refund until the physical returned merchandise has been safely received at our facility and verified by our inspection team.
