The Mini Sfogliafacile manual dough roller is ideal not only for processing sweet icings, modelling chocolate and marzipan, but also puff pastry and short – crust pastry.
This machine allows you to process any type of dough or mixture with ease, but more than that it allows you to draw dough or mixture into thin and even sheets (as thin as 0.5mm).
Just a few passes of the dough/ mixture through the Mini Sfogliafacile will enable you to coat biscuits, cupcakes and even rather large single or multi-layer cakes with a perfect and even coating.
Our dough rollers allows you to lay multiple layers of different colored icings on top of each other in order to create a special designs and unique decorations for your cake's business or even at home.
