Professional Heat Exchanger System

The Classe 5 ST features a powerful 4-liter heat exchanger boiler that allows you to brew espresso and steam milk at the same time. This ensures fast workflow, stable temperatures, and excellent cup quality, even during busy service. Hot water can also be drawn directly from the boiler for tea, Americanos, and other beverages.

The built-in 2-liter water reservoir makes this machine extremely versatile. Since no direct water line is required, the Classe 5 ST only needs a power connection, making it perfect for locations where plumbing is not available.
