Advanced Flavor Profiling and Flow Control

Each brew group is equipped with patented needle valve technology and a 3-position brew actuator, allowing you to fine-tune water flow and extraction pressure with ease. This level of control lets baristas adjust acidity, sweetness, and body, creating unique and repeatable flavor profiles for every coffee.

The programmable pre-brew timer adds another layer of precision by enabling a controlled wetting stage before full extraction, ensuring even saturation and more balanced shots.
