Return Guidelines For Non-Defective Items

  • Non-Defective Items: For non-defective items, they must be in new, unused, and unopened condition to qualify for a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective items.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days return window from the date of of receiving it to notify us for your intention to return the item. 
  • Return Method: By mail. 
  • Contact us: Contact us directly to start with the return process and receive our return address.
  • Initiate Return within 5 Business Days: You have a 5-day window from the date of notification to ship the item back to us and send us the tracking number. 

  • Shipping Costs: For Non-Defective Items the client must cover all of the return shipping costs to us.
  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Upon receiving the item, our team will carefully inspect the package for any damages incurred during delivery. Once the inspection is complete and the item is confirmed to be in satisfactory condition, a full refund will be issued, with a 10% restocking fee deducted.
  • Restocking Fees: Non-defective items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Guidelines For Defective Items

  • Defective or Dead Items: Defective or non-functional items will be fully refunded or replaced, and no restocking fee will be applied.

  • Contact us: Contact us directly at the earliest indication of any issues with your item. Your prompt communication is greatly appreciated.
  • Return or Replacement Assurance: In the case of a defective item, we will handle the return or provide a replacement item at no additional cost. All expenses associated with returning or replacing the defective product will be covered by us.
  • Return Window: For the initial 30 days following delivery, defective items fall under the 30-day return window. Alternatively, they are covered by the specific warranty period indicated for each item after the initial 30 days.
  • Return Method: The defective item will be returned or replaced by mail.
  • Restocking Fees: no restocking fee will be applied for defective or non-functional items.
