High Performance and Output
This machine is engineered for productivity. It can produce 3Kg (4L / 1 gallon) of gelato in just 10-15 minutes, with a maximum hourly output of up to 12Kg (16L / 4.22 gallons). Whether you are developing recipes or serving high customer demand, the Gelato 12K ST ensures consistent, reliable results.
Easy to Operate
The Gelato 12K ST features an adjustable blade speed between 60 and 120 rpm, giving full control over freezing and overrun. The manual operation mode allows the user to decide when to extract the gelato, simply by reversing the blade rotation and opening the gate. The air-cooled system connects to a standard 10A single phase socket, making it highly practical and easy to install.
Advanced Temperature Control
Equipped with a user-programmable temperature system, the Gelato 12K ST maintains the set temperature once reached, keeping gelato ready until extraction. The improved thermodynamic system and upgraded condenser ventilation deliver greater performance and efficiency compared to earlier models.
