We only use trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, and other secure couriers. Standard delivery times are typically 5-10 business days for most destinations.

International Customers and Customs Duties

Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and vary depending on your country’s regulations.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchase to determine the applicable costs. These charges are typically collected by the shipping company at delivery or when you pick up your package.

Important: Customs fees and import taxes are not additional shipping charges.

Update - August 2025: U.S. Customers

For our customers in the United States, please be aware that the new U.S. tariffs introduced in August 2025 are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. These tariff payments must be settled directly with the shipping company (FedEx, DHL, UPS) upon delivery, as they collect them on behalf of the U.S. government.

Please do not confuse these tariff payments with your shipping cost. They are government-imposed charges and must be paid separately.

Important Notice - Mexico Customers

We do ship to Mexico, but due to new import regulations, we strongly recommend confirming that you can complete the import process before placing an order. This ensures your machine can be properly cleared through customs.
