How to Use

  1. Lightly fill the portafilter basket to the top.
  2. Distribute grounds evenly with your finger.
  3. Center the tamper and press lightly.
  4. Apply approximately 30 lbs (13 kg) of even pressure.
  5. Tap to loosen stray grounds.
  6. Tamp lightly again if needed.
  7. Brew and enjoy watching the espresso flow.
