Built with a strong aluminum unibody design, the Lagom 01 provides excellent burr alignment from the factory and is engineered for consistent grinding performance. 

The Lagom 01 comes fitted with Option-O's Mizen 102OM blind burrs, developed in-house for modern light roast coffee. The large 102mm hardened steel burrs provide a generous grinding surface and are designed to deliver excellent clarity and consistency for demanding espresso and filter coffee brewing.
