80mm Mizen 80OM Blind Burrs

The LAGOM P80 uses 80 mm Mizen 80OM Omni blind flat burrs with an integrated pre-crushing system. This burr design helps improve particle consistency and extraction clarity, producing sweet, juicy and balanced coffee with excellent separation. The burrs are well suited to espresso, pour-over, and other filter brewing methods.

Precise Grind and RPM Control

A stepless grind adjustment system provides fine and repeatable control over grind size, with a high-resolution adjustment of 10 µm per tick. This makes it easy to fine-tune the LAGOM P80 for espresso, pour-over, French press, and other brewing styles.

The stepped RPM control offers a wide range from 300 to 1700 RPM. Lower speeds can emphasize clarity and acidity, while higher speeds can increase body and extraction speed, giving you more control over the character of your coffee.

Single-Dose Workflow with Low Retention

The LAGOM P80 is designed for efficient single-dose grinding with less than 0.1 g retention. Its optimized grind path, redesigned chute knocker, static reduction, and purge mode help reduce leftover coffee and keep each dose fresh. The grinder is designed to produce fluffy grounds without requiring RDT in normal use.

The integrated 58 mm portafilter fork supports direct grinding into an espresso portafilter, while the included multipurpose grind cup makes the P80 suitable for non-espresso brewing methods.

Easy Burr Changes and Maintenance

The magnetic blind burr mounting system allows the burrs to be removed and reinstalled quickly without tools. This makes cleaning and zero calibration much easier after burr removal or maintenance.

The upper burr assembly is designed as one integrated piece, simplifying disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. The LAGOM P80 also features quick zero calibration, allowing you to return to a precise reference point after changing or servicing the burrs.

Powerful and Quiet Home Grinder

A 500 W brushless DC motor provides high torque while keeping operating noise surprisingly low. Combined with its compact footprint and robust aluminum construction, the LAGOM P80 is well suited to home coffee setups where performance, durability, and quiet operation are important.

The grinder also includes auto-off with torque detection. Once grinding is complete, the system can automatically stop the motor, while the purge mode helps clear remaining coffee from the grind path.
