Precise 65 Mm Flat Burrs

The Rocket Spluga Elite features 65 mm flat burrs designed for accurate and consistent coffee grinding. The large flat burrs help produce a uniform grind for espresso, supporting more consistent extraction and better control over the final cup. With an instant productivity of approximately 3.5-4.0 g/s for espresso, the grinder is designed to handle regular coffee preparation efficiently.

Stepless Micrometric Grind Adjustment

The quick-release micrometric adjustment system allows the grind size to be adjusted smoothly and precisely. Stepless adjustment gives the barista fine control over the coffee grind, making it easier to dial in espresso according to different coffee beans, roast levels, and brewing conditions.

Touchscreen Control and Dosing

The Spluga Elite features a 3.5-inch touchscreen with a modern HMI interface. The display provides access to three settable doses, continuous dosing, fast programming, and a customizable interface. A built-in dose counter can also track daily, weekly, and total doses, making it useful for monitoring grinder usage in a professional environment.

Adjustable Cooling System

The grinder includes fan regulation with five adjustable levels to help manage airflow during grinding. Air intakes in the base provide forced suction, supporting the grinder during regular use. This cooling system is designed to help maintain stable grinding performance during repeated espresso preparation.
