Patented Flow Control for Perfect Flavor
At the core of the Slayer is its patented needle valve technology, allowing you to control water flow with extreme precision. This lets you grind finer, slow down extraction, and unlock flavor profiles that are simply not possible with standard espresso machines. The 3-position brew group actuators make switching between flow rates smooth and intuitive during brewing.
Outstanding Temperature Stability and Steam Power
The Slayer Single Group uses independent brew and steam boilers, each optimized for its role. The PID-controlled brew boiler keeps temperature stable for consistent espresso, while the large steam boiler delivers strong, continuous steam. You can steam milk and pull shots at the same time without pressure drops or heat loss, even during busy service.
Built for Professionals, Designed for Style
This machine is handcrafted with both performance and appearance in mind. The standard configuration features silver powder-coated X’s, black powder-coated panels, and European Ash actuators.
Practical Details That Make a Difference
From the shot mirror that lets you watch puck saturation to the optional removable drip tray for non-plumbed setups, every detail is designed for daily usability. The commercial-grade grouphead is rated for up to 1 million cycles, making it suitable for both demanding cafés and serious home baristas.
