Slayer Espresso Steam 1 Group - Professional Performance in a Compact Format
The Slayer Espresso Steam 1gr is designed for professionals and serious home baristas who want full control, repeatability, and café-level results in a compact single-group machine. It combines Slayer’s signature extraction technology with a plug-and-play design, making it ideal for both home kitchens and small commercial spaces.
Key Features
Dual boiler system
Flow rate control
Record and playback
PID temperature control
Compact footprint
Precision Brewing with Dual Boiler Stability
The Steam 1gr uses independent brew and steam tanks, each PID-controlled to keep temperatures stable and consistent. The 0.8L brew boiler delivers accurate water temperature for espresso, while the powerful 2.4L steam boiler ensures strong and continuous steam for milk texturing. This separation allows you to brew and steam at the same time without compromise.
Advanced Flow Control and Pre-Infusion
A dedicated pre-infusion water circuit allows gentle saturation of the coffee bed with a programmable reduced flow rate of up to 10 seconds. Combined with the 3-position brew group actuator, you can easily shift between flow rates and brewing modes, giving you precise control over acidity, sweetness, and body in every shot.
Record, Playback, and Barista Control
With the built-in record and playback function, you can save up to two custom recipes and repeat them with confidence throughout the day. The heads-up barista dashboard displays live shot parameters, making it easy to fine-tune your extraction in real time. A shot mirror and integrated light allow you to visually monitor puck saturation and flow for perfect consistency.
Built for Flexibility and Daily Use
For the first time on a Slayer machine, an internal 2.5L water reservoir allows true plug-and-play installation, with an optional plumbing kit for direct connection. The removable drip tray basin simplifies wastewater collection when not plumbed in. Electronic steam wand valves and a commercial rotary vane pump ensure quiet operation, low maintenance, and long-term durability.
