1. Where are you located?
We are located in China and Italy.
Mini PCs are shipped directly from our factory in China.
All our Italian-made products such as espresso machines, ice cream makers, pasta makers, and replacement parts are shipped from our warehouse in Italy.
2. What shipping methods do you use?
We use fast and secure shipping methods only, including trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, DPD, and other dependable couriers based on your region.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several flexible and secure payment options:
Credit and Debit Cards via PayPal
Bank Transfers
Crypto Payments via Solana Pay
You can use crypto on the Solana network such as SOL, USDT, and more. We receive USDC.
Do not have crypto? Solana Pay also accepts credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.

Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries. However, some countries have stricter regulations on importing high-value items, such as Brazil, Mexico, and others. If you are unsure, please contact us first so we can check the best shipping solution for your location.
Warranty, Returns & Support
6. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer warranty coverage on most of our products.
Mini PCs, espresso machines, ice cream makers, pasta machines, dough rollers, and more come with a 1-year full warranty.
Replacement parts come with a 3-month warranty.

7. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy on most products. Products must be returned in original unused condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you with the process.
8. Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we offer free technical support for all of our products.
Our team can help with initial setup, troubleshooting, software updates, and maintenance tips.

9. Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes, we offer bulk and wholesale pricing for businesses, resellers, and B2B partners. Please contact us with your requirements and we will provide you with a custom quote and shipping options.
10. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Mini PCs shipped from China typically arrive within 5 - 10 business days.
Italian-made products shipped from Italy usually arrive within 3 - 7 business days within Europe and 5 - 10 business days worldwide.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance or high-volume periods. We always provide tracking numbers for your order.
11. Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
12. Are there any additional taxes or duties?
Taxes and import charges are not included in the product price. These fees may be collected by the shipping company on behalf of your local customs authorities when the item arrives in your country.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
13. Are your Mini PCs upgradable?
Yes, most of our Mini PCs support RAM and SSD upgrades. You can order them with your preferred configuration or upgrade them later. We can also guide you on how to do it safely.
14. Is your website secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to help keep your data and payment details secure. We do not get or store your credit card information.
15. Will I receive an invoice with my purchase?
Yes, every order comes with a digital invoice. If you need a company invoice with VAT or other specific details, please contact us.
Country-Specific Shipping & Import Questions
16. Do you ship to Mexico?
Yes, we can ship to Mexico. However, due to new import regulations introduced by the Mexican government, we strongly recommend checking whether you are able to complete the import process before placing your order.

17. United States Customers: Tariffs
Are U.S. tariffs included in the product price or shipping cost?
No. The new U.S. tariffs from August 2025 are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Who collects these tariffs?
They are collected by the courier, such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, on behalf of the U.S. government when your order is delivered.
Are tariffs the same as shipping costs?
No. Tariffs are government charges and are completely separate from shipping fees.
18. Do you ship to Brazil?
Yes, we ship to Brazil. However, customers should be aware that Brazil has some of the highest import duties and taxes in the world. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid directly to the courier on behalf of Brazilian customs upon delivery.

19. Shipping to Brazil - More Details
Does Brazil charge high import duties?
Yes. Import taxes and duties in Brazil are among the highest in the world and can range from 50% to 100% of the product value.
Are these charges included in my order?
No. They must be paid by the customer directly to Brazilian customs or the courier upon delivery.

20. Do you ship to Chile?
Yes, we ship to Chile. Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. These costs are collected by the shipping company on behalf of Chilean customs upon delivery.
Estimated import duties and VAT: 20% - 30% of product value.
21. Do you ship to Colombia?
Yes, we ship to Colombia. Import taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price and are collected by the courier on behalf of Colombian customs when the order arrives.
Estimated import duties and VAT: 25% - 35% of product value.
22. Do you ship to Ecuador?
Yes, we can ship to Ecuador. Import duties and VAT are not included in our pricing and are collected by the courier on behalf of Ecuadorian customs when the package arrives.

23. Do you ship to Uruguay?
Yes, we ship to Uruguay. Import duties and taxes are not included in our prices or shipping costs. These charges are collected by the courier on behalf of Uruguayan customs before delivery.
Estimated import duties and VAT: 30% - 45% of product value.
24. Do you ship to Argentina?
Yes, we ship to Argentina. However, Argentina has some of the highest import duties in the region, and these are not included in our product prices. Customers are responsible for paying these fees directly to the courier on behalf of Argentinian customs.

25. Do you ship to Peru?
Yes, we ship to Peru. Import duties and taxes are not included in our product or shipping costs. These are collected by Peruvian customs or the courier upon delivery.
