International Customers and Customs Duties

Import Charges Are Not Included

Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and depend on your country’s regulations.

Check With Your Local Customs Office

We recommend contacting your local customs office before purchase to determine the applicable costs. These charges are usually collected by the shipping company at delivery or when you pick up your package.

Important Notice

Customs fees and import taxes are not additional shipping charges. They are separate government or customs-related costs that must be paid by the buyer.

U.S. Customers - Update August 2025

For customers in the United States, the new U.S. tariffs introduced in August 2025 are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. These tariff payments must be settled directly with the shipping company, such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, upon delivery.

Tariffs Are Separate From Shipping Costs

Please do not confuse tariff payments with your shipping cost. Tariffs are government-imposed charges and must be paid separately.

Country-Specific Shipping Notices

Mexico Customers

We do ship to Mexico, but due to new import regulations, we strongly recommend confirming that you can complete the import process before placing an order. This helps ensure your machine can be properly cleared through customs.

Brazil Customers

We ship to Brazil, but import charges in Brazil are very high. Depending on the product, import taxes and duties can range from 50% to 100% of the total purchase price. Customers in Brazil should review these costs carefully before shipping.
