  • Mini PCs are shipped directly from our factory in China.
  • All our Italian-made products such as espresso machines, ice cream makers, pasta makers, and replacement parts are shipped from our warehouse in Italy.

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy on most products.
Products must be returned in original condition (unused) and packaging.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you with the process.

  • Italian-made products (shipped from Italy): usually arrive within 3–7 business days within Europe and 5 - 10 business days worldwide.

Delays may occur due to customs clearance or high-volume periods. We’ll always provide tracking numbers for your order.

10. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor your shipment in real-time.

11. Are there any additional taxes or duties?

Taxes and import charges are not included in the product price.
These fees may be collected by the shipping company on behalf of your local customs authorities when the item arrives in your country.
