High Volume Coffee Grinding

The Ditting 1827 High Volume is built for industrial coffee grinding rather than countertop or small commercial use. Its high-capacity design allows large quantities of coffee beans to be processed continuously, making it suitable for coffee roasteries, production facilities, retail coffee packaging, and food service supply operations.

The 30 kg steel bean hopper provides enough capacity for large production runs, while the powerful motor supports continuous grinding with high starting torque. The grinder operates at 1450 RPM and uses a direct drive system for efficient power transfer.

Long-Life HM Tungsten Carbide Burrs

This HM version is equipped with 180 mm flat burrs made from hard metal tungsten carbide. The burrs are designed for exceptional durability, with an approximate grinding life of 250 to 450 tonnes of coffee before replacement under suitable operating conditions.

The hard metal burr construction provides a much longer service life than standard fully hardened special steel burrs. This makes the Ditting 1827 HM particularly well suited to businesses that grind large quantities of coffee every day and need to reduce burr replacement and maintenance frequency.
