The Ditting 1827 ST is specifically configured for Turkish fine coffee grinding, where a very fine and consistent particle size is essential. Its special steel burrs are designed to handle this demanding grinding application while maintaining reliable performance during professional use.

The grinder can achieve an average grinding capacity of approximately 180 kg/h for Turkish fine coffee, making it suitable for large-scale production and commercial coffee processing.

Special Steel Flat Burrs

This version features 180 mm flat burrs made from special steel for Turkish fine grinding. The burrs have an approximate service life of 25-45 tonnes of coffee, depending on operating conditions and usage.

Precise Stepless Adjustment
