Manual Lever and Pressure Profiling
The Rocket Epica gives you direct control over espresso extraction through its manual lever system. Adjust brewing pressure during pre-infusion and extraction to explore different coffee profiles and achieve more precise results. Unlike automatic and semi-automatic pressure profiling systems, the Epica is designed for hands-on brewing control.
Dual Boiler System for Stability
The dual boiler system features a 1.9-liter coffee boiler and a 3.6-liter steam and service boiler, providing a total capacity of 5.5 liters. Both boilers are made from AISI 316L stainless steel for durability and reliable performance. PID temperature control helps maintain stable brewing temperatures, while the separate boilers support simultaneous espresso preparation and steam production.
Professional Brewing Technology
The fully saturated stainless steel brew group supports consistent heat distribution during extraction. A 58 mm portafilter system, shot timer, and graphic color touchscreen provide greater control over the brewing process. The permanent magnet volumetric pump is designed for precise, quiet operation, while the no-burn steam wand makes milk steaming more comfortable.
Flexible Water Supply and Vintage Design
The Rocket Epica can operate with its built-in 2.5-liter water reservoir or a direct water connection, offering flexibility for different installations.
