Kompakt design, kraftfull prestanda

Trots sitt kompakta format är Eureka Mignon MK2 en robust kvarn utrustad med en kraftfull direktdriven motor på 260 W. De platta kvarnskivorna i härdat stål (50 mm) roterar med 1350 RPM och ger en jämn och enhetlig malning varje gång. Kvarnen är byggd för att enkelt klara daglig användning, samtidigt som den ger den finjustering som krävs för espresso och andra bryggmetoder.

Mikrometriskt justeringssystem

Eurekas patenterade mikrometriska justeringssystem gör det möjligt att ställa in malningsgraden med precision. En liten vridning på reglaget ger tillgång till ett oändligt antal malningsinställningar – perfekt för espressokaffeälskare som behöver full kontroll över extraktionen.

Drift i två lägen

Den uppgraderade MK2-modellen har en praktisk omkopplare för automatiskt/manuellt läge, så att användaren kan välja mellan automatisk tidsstyrd malning och manuell kontroll. Det manuella läget aktiveras direkt via portafilterknappen för ett smidigt arbetsflöde, utan att man behöver växla på huvudströmbrytaren.

Händerna fria med portafilterhållare

MK2 är utformad för effektivt baristaarbete och har en ny justerbar portafilterhållare med ett säkert greppsystem. Det möjliggör påfyllning utan att använda händerna och minskar spill och stänk avsevärt. Bönbehållaren på 250 g ger tillräcklig kapacitet för kontinuerlig malning samtidigt som den smala profilen bibehålls.
