Avancerad malningsteknik

Mignon Perfetto använder 50 mm platta kvarnskivor av härdat stål för långvarig prestanda och jämn malningsgrad. Det steglösa mikrometriska justeringssystemet gör det möjligt att finjustera malningen och ger full kontroll över kaffets extraktion. Oavsett om du ställer in kvarnen för espresso eller växlar mellan olika bryggmetoder ger justeringsratten hög precision med enkel användning.

Kvarnens direktdrivna motor körs vid 1350 RPM och 310 watt och erbjuder kraftfull malningsprestanda med minimal värmeöverföring till kaffebönorna. Tack vare den utmärkta isoleringen arbetar den också tyst – perfekt för tidiga morgnar eller lugna kök.

Användarvänliga pekreglage

Mignon Perfetto är utrustad med en digital pekskärm och har programmerbar enkel och dubbel dosering samt ett läge för kontinuerlig malning. Den tydliga vit-på-svart-displayen är enkel att läsa och använda och effektiviserar din dagliga kafferutin.

Kompakt och elegant design

Med ett fotavtryck på endast 120 mm i bredd och 180 mm i djup passar Mignon Perfetto smidigt på de flesta köksbänkar. Den väger 5,6 kg och är 350 mm hög inklusive bönbehållaren. Bönbehållaren rymmer upp till 300 g kaffebönor, vilket gör dina malningssessioner effektiva och oavbrutna.
