Hög prestanda och kapacitet

Enkel att använda
Gelato 12K ST har en justerbar knivhastighet mellan 60 och 120 varv/min, vilket ger full kontroll över infrysning och överrun. I manuellt driftläge kan användaren bestämma när gelaton ska tappas ur genom att helt enkelt ändra knivens rotationsriktning och öppna luckan. Det luftkylda systemet ansluts till ett vanligt enfasuttag på 10 A, vilket gör maskinen mycket praktisk och enkel att installera.
Avancerad temperaturkontroll
Med ett användarprogrammerbart temperatursystem håller Gelato 12K ST den inställda temperaturen när den väl har uppnåtts, så att gelaton hålls klar tills den tappas ur.
