Fully Hardened Special Steel Burrs

This version of the Ditting 1827 is equipped with 180 mm flat burrs made from fully hardened special steel (S). These burrs are designed for reliable commercial grinding and provide an approximate service life of 25-45 tonnes of coffee, depending on use and operating conditions.

The S burr configuration offers an average grinding capacity of up to 300 kg/h for medium grinds and 280 kg/h for espresso, making it a strong choice for high-volume coffee production where both output and grind consistency are important.
