The Lelit MaraX3 PL62X3 introduces Lelit's innovative Pagaia flow control system, a modern approach to espresso extraction that electronically regulates pump power instead of mechanically adjusting the brew path.

By turning the flow control lever clockwise, pump power gradually increases up to 100 percent, allowing more water to reach the brew group. Turning the lever counterclockwise reduces pump power and water flow. As the extraction progresses, the machine’s double manometer clearly shows the pressure variations, giving the user immediate visual feedback while dialing in the shot.

This advanced system allows home baristas to experiment with different extraction styles and pressure profiles while maintaining full control over the brewing process.
